Individuals and groups are welcome to volunteer.
If you are planning to bring a group:
Please email us at hello@tulsaperiodpantry.org before registering. We can reserve spots for your group before opening them to our general volunteers.
Volunteer shifts:
• 10:00–11:30 AM shift – 12 spots available
• 12:00–1:30 PM shift – 7 spots available
*If you are looking for opportunities for larger groups or day other than our regular scheduled Saturday please email us.
Important:
Each volunteer must register individually, even if you are attending with a group.
Volunteers come help out usually the second Saturday of the month. You can help us count, sort and organize products.

Wear comfy clothes, sitting or standing is available. You are welcome to bring drinks that have lids or close. We have central heat and air.
Please Note: Dates only open about 3 weeks ahead of the volunteer date.
Spots fill quickly! If the event is full, join our standby volunteer list and we will notify you if spots open.
